Reign Review

Released in 2013 on the CW Network, Reign is a historical drama on Netflix with political drama, romance, suspense, women empowerment, and character development.
It has four seasons and retells Mary Stuart’s life and everything she goes through as the Queen of Scotland from a new perspective.
One thing to note about this show is that although the characters are based on historical figures from the past, everything is fictional. So if you are looking for a historical drama that is historically accurate, you may not be a fan of Reign.
However, I encourage you to give the show a chance and get past the first few episodes. As the season progress, you will most likely become so emotionally invested in each character that the historical facts will no longer matter.
