"Circle yourself around people that can make a positive change in your life”

“Sweet Life: Los Angeles” is a new reality series produced by Issa Rae on HBO Max. It follows a group of young black creatives in their 20s navigating their careers and friendships in Los Angeles, California.

Each episode focuses on the friend group and what they are currently doing in their careers, along with entertaining drama and humorous moments. It’s incredible to watch them live their best life from partying on yachts, hopping on jets, driving luxury cars, and traveling wherever they want to go.

You can’t help but support each character as everyone is grinding and hustling for their careers while collaborating with other black-owned businesses to take it to the next level. There is a diverse range of career specialties such as entrepreneurship, event management, music management, public relations, fashion designing, medical health professional, and more.

The cast also discusses tough topics in the Black community, such as negative stereotypes, peer pressure, privilege, and mental health.

So if you’re looking for a show that exudes black excellence and good vibes while addressing tough topics, you may want to stream “Sweet Life: Los Angeles” on HBO Max.

P.S: The music soundtrack is top-notch, and I have added so many Blxst songs to my Spotify playlist. I hope you enjoy it :)
