Hello, my name is Makayla and I am super excited to get to know you all! :)

I am currently a college student entering my senior year at Florida Atlantic University, with a major in Multimedia Journalism.

To be honest, I’ve been wanting to start blogging since my sophomore year of college but being stuck in quarantine from COVID-19 has given me that extra push to finally accomplish one of my goals before I graduate.

Thus, “The Unrivaled Gypsy” was born as an outlet to write about various subjects spanning from reviews on shows, places I've traveled to, and sharing my life journey so far.

So, if you’re someone who likes receiving motivational advice and enjoys binge-watching shows on Netflix and Hulu almost as much as I do, then you will feel right at home here!
